摘    要:“限制边茶以制之”是明朝以“以茶驭番”经济手段促使并强化藏区政治内向的重要而富有特色的政策之一。明朝无论是茶禁立法还是执法实践都恪守严惩把关将吏和茶商违禁。它的形成是与明朝整体的边疆治策和具体的治藏手段密切相关。

Abstract:"Tea-restriction for Tibet-control" is one of the important and characteristic policies of the Ming Dynasty to promote and strengthen Tibetan political internal-ward tendency with the economic measure of "control of Tibet with tea".Either its legislation or its execution strictly punishes violations on the part of checkpoint officers and officials and tea-traders.Its coming-into-being is closely connected with the whole border area administration policy and concrete Tibet-administration measures of the Ming.
