| 摘 要： | 标杆管理是一个识别并引进最佳实践以提高绩效的过程。它通过提供绩效评估标准、提高学校绩效、提供战略管理工具、促进组织学习等功能在学校管理中发挥作用。实施标杆管理没有固定程序,但至少应包括确定目标范围,选择合作伙伴,确定绩效评估标准,进行差距分析,监察效果与修订标准等基本环节。

| Abstract: | Benchmarking management is a process of recognizing and introducing optimal practice to enhance the performance,which play role in the management of school through functions of providing performance evaluation standard,enhancing school performance,providing strategic management tools and fostering organization learning.The implementation of benchmarking management don't have fixed procedure,but should comply with the following basic steps:identifying objective scope,choosing cooperative parternship,identifying performance evaluation standard,analyzing the difference,monitoring the effect and rectifying the standard. |
