| 摘 要： | 通过参与冬奥会科研服务和查阅相关文献,对运动生物力学研究方法在自由式滑雪空中技巧项目中的应用进行总结,认为该方法在优秀运动员日常训练的技术即时反馈、阶段性的技术诊断,肌肉力量的评价以及落地稳定性研究的应用中取得一定的研究成果,确保了自由式滑雪空中技巧项目在冬奥会的优势地位。并根据项目的发展及实验手段的提高进行了运动生物力学研究方法在运动员训练反馈、机能评价、运动损伤机理及康复训练等方面的应用展望。

| Abstract: | Through the service of scientific research for Olympic winter games and referring some interrelated information,the article has a summarization on applying the sports biomechanics research method in the aerials of freestyle skiing.It thinks that some research findings have been gotten with the method applied for the outstanding players in having the on-line feedback of daily technical training,diagnosing the technique,evaluating the muscular strength and landing stability,which can ensure the players' superiority in the aerials of freestyle skiing.Considering the aerials development of freestyle skiing and the improvement of experimental means,it has an expectation of applying the sports biomechanics method in training feedback,function evaluation,sports injury mechanism and rehabilitation training in the future. |
