| 摘 要： | 为适应新世纪我国社会全面发展和高等教育改革的需要,高校图书馆要转变对图书馆事业的认识,充分认识到图书馆的建设和发展对社会和大学整体发展的重要意义,确立“以人为本”的理念,无论从资源建设、服务项目配置还是服务格局和操作细节上,都应该体现“以人为本”的思想和精神,为高校图书馆的发展赢得空间,赢得高校师生、社会读者的信任和支持。而高校图书馆工作的好坏优劣．最终也离不开入的服务。任何冷漠、刻板、机械僵化,忽略人的个性化需求．都会阻碍高校图书馆工作的开展。只有最大限度地满足读者需求,对广大读者做到有求必应,才能赢得大家的认可。

| Abstract: | The Party and the government proposed the idea of "human-based" in the new century. This is in accordance with the idea of "all for readers" in academic libraries. So the academic libraries should embody the idea of " human-based" in the respects of idea, service and management to adapt to the development of the new era. |
