| 摘 要： | 基础教育是提高公民基本素质的教育,在整个教育体系中发挥着全局性、基础性和先导性作用。本文阐述了江西基础教育的优良传统,分析了当前江西基础教育改革发展面临的新形势新要求,强调江西基础教育必须围绕育人为本这一根本要求,明确三大任务,处理四对关系,突出五项重点。

| Abstract: | The basic education is the education which improves the citizen basic quality,and plays overall,basic and leading role in the whole education system.The paper expounds the fine tradition of the basic education in Jiangxi,analyzes the new situation and new requirements catering to the basic education reform and development in the Jiangxi Province,emphasizing that the basic education in Jiangxi must centre on students-oriented basic requirement,identifies three tasks,deals with the four relations,and extrudes five keys. |
