| 摘 要： | 由建制初期的辅导学生政治理论学习和社会实践活动到当下涉及大学生的思想政治教育、心理辅导、突发事件的处理、帮困助学、就业指导、协调配合各级关系以及班级日常事务的管理等诸多方面，我国高校辅导员的工作职责呈现出日益泛化趋势。国家对高校辅导员的工作职责规定是纲领性的，具有宽泛的解读空间。实践工作中，高校辅导员常常出现偏离、脱离主要工作职责的现象，其工作职责需要重新梳理和划分，确定科学的边界。

| Abstract: | The college counselors＇ work responsibility of our country tends to be more and more general. When the regulation was first established, college counselors＇ responsibility was to give guidance to students in political theory study and social practice. And now their work involves college students＇ political and ideological education, psychological guidance, handling emergency, helping poor students financially, employment guidance, harmonizing and cooperating relations of all levels and management of class daily affairs. The state regulations for college counselors＇ responsibilities are programmatic with a possibility of broad interpretation. In practical work, college counselors often show deviation and divorce from their main work responsibilities. So it is necessary to make a new carding and partition about them and ascertain their scientific confines. |
