| 摘 要： | 当前高校心理健康教育工作取得了重大进展,但仍出现了一些大学生自杀或残害他人等恶性事件,究其原因是大学生的生命价值观出现了问题。因此,构建生命教育视野下的高校心理健康教育体系迫在眉睫。该文分别从心理健康教育课程体系、心理咨询服务体系、心理疾病预防与生命危机干预体系、实践活动体系等方面,对高校心理健康教育体系的构建进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | While great progress has been made in the work of mental health education in colleges and universities,serious incidents such as college students’suicide or mutilation of others still occur.The reason is that college students’values of life have problems and they neglect the meaning of life.Therefore,it has become urgent to construct a mental health education system in colleges and universities from the perspective of life education.In terms of the construction of the mental health education system in colleges and universities,this paper elaborates the mental health education curriculum system,the psychological counseling service system,the mental illness prevention and life crisis intervention system,and the practical activity system. |
