| 摘 要： | 五六十年代肃反反特小说,都带有明显的政治化时代背景,所塑造的人物形象都带有政治色彩,特别是公安刑侦人员,都被塑造成"高大全"式的英雄形象。到了新时期,公安法制小说中人性得到回归。80年代末90年代的公安法制小说"政治化"、"英雄化"明显弱化,"去政治化"、"去英雄化"的倾向愈加明显,海岩的公安法制爱情题材小说充分体现了这一特点。

| Abstract: | In 1950s or 1960s,the anti-counterrevolutionary and anti-spy novels,all had a clear political background of the time,the characters especially the police investigators had been molded into the higher grade type of heroic image;while in the new era,the human nature had returned to the legal novels; In the end of 1980s or 1990s,thepoliticsandHeroin the legal novels had clearly been weaken.Depoliticized,Anti-Herohad become more obvious;Hai-yan's legal and love novels have fully embodied the feature. |
