| 摘 要： | 苏联解体的原因很多，作为执政党的苏共有着不可推卸的责任。在执政期间，苏共未能抓住发展生产力这个首要任务、未能建立一个科学合理的执政体系、未能固守住社会主义思想文化阵地，是导致其执政终结的最重要的三个原因。进一步分析和总结苏共执政的教训，对于我们党目前加强执政能力建设、提高执政水平，有借鉴和启示意义。

| Abstract: | The Soviet Communist Party has the undeniable responsibility for the disintegration of the former Soviet Union. Though the causes are manifold, the Party, in its rule during the socialist construction period, had made a series mistakes in economics, politics, ideology and culture. To examine into the causes and learn from their lesson will surely benefit the Chinese Communist Party in uplifting its administrative ability and leadership art, which are among the earnest concerns of the Party at present. |
