| Abstract: | Having dwelled upon the variceties and system in skill-shifling, this paper discusses the universality of skill-shifting in gymnastics teaching and training, and points out that the proper application of a series of teaching means can promote the positive shift among different skills and guard against the negative shift to improve gymnastics teaching. |
