| Abstract: | Because of the modulatinon of economic structure and the change of interests distribution after China has been a member of WTO, economic crimes are taking on new characters: increasing crime fields, diversified crime types, and more complicated crime methods. So the trial of economic crimes needs the further reform and the principles of WTO should be applied into it, such as the conclusion from innocence of a crime, no more trial about one case, and the right to keep silence, etc. |
