| 摘 要： | 目前,国内各高校在教师科研业绩的考核评价中普遍存在考核周期短、政策导向性、评价方法简单量化、评价指标缺乏客观真实性等问题.针对这些问题,认真分析原因,并通过借鉴国外科研机构中比较成熟的考核机制和方法,提出完善我国现行科研业绩考核评价体系的建议.
