| 摘 要： | 实验教学在人才培养方面具有课堂理论教学不可替代的作用。针对目前实验教学存在的问题，提出改革实验教学必须从源头开始，建立起相对独立实验教学体系，施行开放式的、每项实验独立学分的管理运行方法。实验教学教师和课堂教学教师之间正常流动，真正提升实验教学的地位，做到实验和理论教学协调发展。

| Abstract: | The function of experimental teaching cannot be replaced by anythingelse on cultivating qualified personnel. To counter the problems of experimental teaching at present, the experiment teaching program must be mapped out at first and the relatively Independence experiment system must be set up. There are a few credits in each experimental item and lab open. The experimental teacher and lecture teacher should be in turn, for enhancing the experiment teaching really, making the experiment and classroom instruction development coordinately. |
