| 摘 要： | 现代英语的发展呈现出一种以“美国英语”和“英国英语”为主流、多种变体（如“西班牙式英语”、“中国式英语”等等）多元化并存、共同演化的态势。只有客观地接受这一现实，不歧视任何变体，承认文化的趋同和异化，才有利于英语的发展。

| Abstract: | Modern English has taken such trend that American English and British English play the leading role while other variants, Spiglish, Chinglish for instance, exist and develop together. English will go ahead smoothly on the condition that we ought to accept convergence and divergence of a culture with no discrimination to any language variant. |
