| 摘 要： | 人是社会的主体，社会发展是人的发展和为人的发展。人的心理和谐内含于马克思主义关于人的全面而自由发展的价值追求之中，它既具有工具价值，是实现社会和谐的必要条件和心理基础，更具有目的价值，是社会和谐本身的重要内容和价值要义。实现人的心理和谐，必须坚持以人为本的价值路径，尊重人的主体地位，实现人的基本利益，满足人的基本需要，关注人的发展潜能，提升人的整体素质。
