| Abstract: | Fuling is the place where Chen Yi, the founder of the Neo-Confucianism created his work of The Notes to the Book of Changes. The thought in the book has cast great influences on Fuling where 2002 World Conference about study of The Book of Changes was held. This will carry forward Chinese traditional culture and promote the cooperation and communication between Chinese culture and international culture, The Book of Changes being the representative. |
