| 摘 要： | 构建职业院校质量保障体系应按照职业教育的特点,遵循以能力为本位、以就业为导向、以过程控制为重点以及内部质量管理与外部监控相结合的原则。职业院校质量保障体系的要素可概括为组织要素、过程要素、资源要素、监测要素四个方面,这些要素在运行中构成了质量保障体系的四个子系统。职业院校质量保障体系的各部分与外部质量监控共同作用,促使职业院校教育质量得到保证。
