| Abstract: | Open distance education brings forward new demands for teaching material construction.We should abide by principles and characteristics of modern education,face up to problems,strengthen literal teaching materials construction according to needs of self-regulated learning,develop multi-media teaching resources and audiovisual teaching materials and finally form teaching material system with characteristics of open distance education in RTUs. |
