| 摘 要： | 为贯彻党的教育方针,落实科学发展观,推进党的思想建设、政治建设、组织建设、作风建设,积极探索系(部)党组织的目标管理和监督管理为主要内容的高职院校基层党建工作运行机制,改进党员教育管理的方法,大力发展青年教师和大学生党员,重视系(部)党总支的班子建设,正确地处理好党政关系,充分发挥系(部)党组织的战斗堡垒作用。

| Abstract: | To put the Party's educational policy into effect, reach scientific development, and build up the Party ideologically, politically, organizationally and in work style, department Party organizations' operating mechanism at the grass-roots level must be actively explored with objective management and supervision as the main contents. The paper discusses methods of improving the Party members' educational management, the Party members' development of young teachers and the college students, organization of general Party branch, handling the relations between the Party and the government, so as to fulfill the historical mission of department Party organizations. |
