摘    要:我国建设学习型社会,重点和难点在农村。因此,现阶段,创建我国学习型农村应采取有效对策, 着力解决终身学习理念的树立、管理机构的设置、法律法规的制定、保障机制的建立、学习资源的开发、学习型组织的建设、实施方略的确立等难点问题。

Abstract:To establish a learning society in China, the emphasis will be laid on the rural areas and it is also in these areas that many difficulties lie. Thus, effective countermeasures should be taken to overcome the difficulties that exist there. At the present stage, the difficulties may display themselves as: upholding the notion of lifelong learning, establishing administrative organization, formulating laws and regulations, exploring the resources conducive to study, setting up learning organizations and the last but not least, the implementation of all the measures.
