| 摘 要： | 企业管理应当以财务管理为核心，经营决策、管理信息系统、计划体系、日常中心工作等，都要以财务管理为基础，这是现代企业发展的必然趋势。企业管理，包括许多方面，除财务管理之外，还有物资管理、生产管理、技术管理、营销管理、劳动人事管理等。但是所有管理只能影响某一特定方面，只有财务管理（即对资金运动的管理）才能对企业经营活动的整体实施管理。

| Abstract: | Business management should be the key with financial management, managemant decision, management information system, planned system, daily central working and etc, will be basic with financial management, this is the inevitable tendency of modern enterprise development. Enterprise management covers many aspects such as management of goods and materials, production, technology, business and sale, personnel and so on. All the other aspects of management can affect only a specific aspect, only the finance management can affect the whole activities of the management of the enterprises. |
