| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了化学凝集—电解纯化—溶剂精制提取甜叶菊糖苷的工艺及工艺条件。在最佳条件下,提取物脱色率可达95％以上,产品收率为7—8％,含量在80％左右。

On the Extractive Process of Stevioside |

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the technology and technical conditions of the process of extracting stevioside, which is to be purified by chemical coagulation, electrolysis and solvent refining. In the optimum condition, the decoloration rate of the extract can be above 95%, the stevioside content of the extract is about 80%, and the yielding rate of the product is from7%to8%. |
