| 摘 要： | 分析了当代中国社会转型期的主要特征，并指出社会转型期对大学生思想政治教育工作存在着道德、心理、就业方面的影响。提出改进大学生思想政治教育工作的对策：教育和引导大学生树立正确的价值观；完善思想政治教育工作体系；完善大学生心理健康保障机制；帮助大学生树立正确的就业理念。
