| 摘 要： | 欧洲联盟(简称欧盟)与东南亚国家联盟(简称东盟)都是当今世界发展较好的国际组织,但相对而言,欧盟有着自己非常独特的一面,无论其发展历程、机构设置还是法律体系都表现得很突出。本文试图通过两者的比较,突出欧盟及其法律体系的特性,从而希望欧盟的独特性能给世界其他组织以有益的启示。
