摘    要:社会文化--心理的规定性,决定了学生跨入师范院校后必然产生压抑和苦闷,从而形成"师范自卑情结"的雏形,学校机制的弱化,在客观上促使"师范自卑情结"的成形."师范自卑情结"是一种综合症,淡化和削弱它,须从社会文化心理产生的观念进行修正;从"学校机制"的强化、师范生心理障碍的克服和行为方式的引导等角度进行考虑.

Abstract:Social culture determines that the collegians are bound to feel constrained and depressed after their entry. Inferiority complex in the normal university appears in an embryonic form. The weakness of the college administration leads to the formation of the inferiority complex.The inferiority complex is a kind of syndrone.To cure it,we should charge our views influenced by the psychology of social culture,strengthen the systems of administration, conduct and restrain the psychological obstcles and behaviors under the inferiority complex.
