| 摘 要： | 创新能力是新时期高素质新型军事人才培养的重要内容。本文分析了军校研究生创新能力培养中课外实践的作用，阐述了拓展课外实践活动空间的方法，结合本院创新校园文化、建设创新实践基地等教育改革实际，对提高军校研究生创新能力进行了一些有益探索。

| Abstract: | Innovative capability is an important matter in the new type cadet training in the military revolution.The role of extracurricular practice in cultivating the innovative ability of military post-graduates is analyzed.The methods to expand space for extracurricular practice are expounded.According to the conditions of post-graduate educational reform in logistical engineering,such as innovation campus culture,building innovative practice bases and so on,several beneficial explorations are also carried out to improve the innovative capability of military post-graduate students. |
