| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,概述职业体育的劳资关系,从利益目标和劳资冲突视角分析职业体育劳资关系的发展及理论基础。引入关系资本理论,从关系契约视角分析关系资本的形成,构建了关系资本对职业体育劳资关系的作用模型,然后从促进职业体育劳资双方良好的合作、降低职业体育劳资关系的管理成本和交易成本两方面展开分析。最后从宏观层面和微观层面提出我国职业体育劳资双方关系资本培育和构建的对策与途径。
