| 摘 要： | 培养具有创新精神和能力的高素质人才是当前教育的最高目标,提高办学质量是教育的中心和重心所在.全国高校扩招决策是正确英明的,它满足了公众对高等教育的渴求,但将造成原本文化基础差的体育生源文化素质的进一步下降.由于学生猛增,教师数量不够,体育场馆设施的严重不足,造成教学质量下降.

| Abstract: | It's the highest goal of contemporary education to cultivate qualified personnel with creative spirit and ability. To improve teaching quality is the focus of education. It's wise for colleges and universities to extend their enrollment now. It satisfies the people's eagerness for higher education. But it will cause P.E. students cultural and physical quality to come down, Whose former cultural basis is poor. Education quality has been caused to come down because of the increasing students and serious lack of teachers and Gym and facilities. What the public is most worried about is that now students have more difficulties in finding a job. |
