| 摘 要： | 站在社会对人才能力要求变化的高度,准确把握高职高等级公路管理专业人才培养的发展方向与发展形势,有着十分重要的意义;高管专业人才培养应注重三个基本方向,即职业技能培养应与当今的科技发展相结合;职业技能培养应与行业实践相结合;注重“核心能力”的培养。
