| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脐内环针刺治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:针刺脐内环针刺治疗失眠症28例,治疗1-2疗程。结果:痊愈10例,显效5例,有效7例,无效6例;治愈率为35.7%,愈显率为53.6%,总有效率为78.6%。结论:脐内环针刺治疗失眠症有效疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints treating on primary insomnia. Methods：28 cases of primary insomnia were treated with the acupuncture of umbilical inner acupoints, and lasted for one to two courses of treatment. Results： 12 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, 8 cases effective, and 4 cases invalid. The cure and improvement rate, total improvement rate were 35.7%, 53.6%and 78.6%. Conclusion：The acupuncture umbilical inner acupoints method is a definitively effective therapy for primary insomnia. |
