| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,从糖尿病的发病原因、运动对2型糖尿病病理变化的影响、运动对2型糖尿病并发症的预防和糖尿病病人运动中应注意的问题等方面,对近几年国内外关于运动对2型糖尿病影响作用的研究成果进行了综述。指出：运动作为非药物防治2型糖尿病的主要方式之一,能够提高2型糖尿病病人受体对胰岛素的敏感性,使血糖下降;能够降低体脂含量,提高肌肉质量,有效预防糖尿病并发症的发生;2型糖尿病病人进行运动防治时需要不断更新认识,区别对待。
