| 摘 要： | 在档案信息资源的价值日益凸显的今天,如何有效地培育、配置和建设档案信息资源具有特别重要的意义。培育档案信息资源的生成必须遵循其规律;档案信息资源的有效配置必须突出其时间、空间和数量的三维性;档案信息资源的建设既要树立馆藏优化的观念、又要优化其结构,在数量基础上更要突出质量建设,建立科学合理、特色鲜明的馆藏体系。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the value of file information resources becomes more and more important,the formation,disposition and construction of file information resources have great significance.The formation of file information resources must follow its principles.The disposition should project the three dimensional quality of time,space and quantity.In the construction,a scientific and reasonable library system with characteristics should be set up with an optimized concept,structure and quality. |
