| 摘 要： | 彼得·圣吉的＂学习型组织＂理论给团队管理指明了方向,也给学习型辅导员队伍建设提供了理论支撑。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,将学习型组织理论应用到高校学习型辅导员队伍建设当中,以促进个体能力和团队效能的整体提升,进而为辅导员职业化、专业化发展提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Peter Senge＇s ＂learning organization＂ theory pointed out the direction to the team management,and also provided a theoretical support for the construction of learning counselor teams. Counselors are the backbone to carry out the ideological and political education of college students.We apply the learning organization theory to college learning counselor team construction in order to promote individual and team performance, thus providing reference for the professional development of counselors. |
