| 摘 要： | 高等体育院校是我国体育人才培养的基地,我国体育事业发展的重要力量。目前,我国高等体育院校面临着人才培养目标、结构与社会需求失衡;高层次体育人才培养不足,培养质量不高;人才培养种类不全,缺乏特色;体育人才培养观念落后等问题。解决这些问题需要从社会需求出发,以市场为本位,优化人才培养结构,创新人才培养观念,整合教育资源,更新教育内容,扩大人才培养种类,突出人才培养特色,提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | As the cultivating base and the key force in the development of our sports cause,the high physical education institutes,now,are facing some problems such as the imbalance between the cultivating aim and structure and the social demand,the absence of top talents,the low quality,the lack of varieties and features,the backwards thought,etc.The counter-measures addressing these problems are optimizing structure,innovating conception,integrating sources,updating contents,richening varieties and improving qualities,from the social demand and concentrated on market. |
