| 摘 要： | 在高校体育教育中确立个性化教育的指导思想，是教育发展的要求，也是体育发展的要求。个性化体育教育具有坚实的理论基础。章试图对个性化的体育教育，尤其是对体育教育个性化实施的问题作了详尽的分析、探讨，惟其如此，方有利于大学生的体育个性的发展。
