| 摘 要： | 基于国内外有关大股东侵占、债权人保护和债务融资关系的研究,结合中国实际,为上市公司治理改革和债务融资问题的研究提供依据。结果发现,大股东侵占和债权人法律保护都能够影响债务融资的规模、期限结构以及融资成本。

Review on the Relationship of Big Shareholder Expropriation,Creditor Protection and Debt Financing |

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research of ultimate ownership,creditor protection and debt financing relationships both at home and abroad,and evaluates the problems and deficiencies of the existing research,then prospect for future research. It provides some basis for the reform of the governance of listed companies in China and the problem of debt financing. It finds that,the expropriation of big shareholder and the protection of creditor can both affect the scale,term structure and cost of debt financing. |
