| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行房地产贷款业务的发展具有自身的特殊性,本文从我国实际情况出发,对我国商业银行房地产贷款风险产生的特殊原因进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,通过借鉴国内外商业银行房地产贷款风险研究成果和结合我国商业银行房地产贷款风险管理实践经验,提出了商业银行房地产贷款风险防范措施。

| Abstract: | The development of Chinese commercial bank's business on real estate has its own particularity. The thesis is aimed at Chinese actual situation, thoroughly studies the special causes of its real estate loan risk of commercial bank. Based on this, through using the domestic and foreign study on real estate loan risk of commercial bank for reference, combining Chinese risk management practice of commercial bank's loan for real estate, it establishes the preventive measures of real estate loan risk of commercial bank. |
