| 摘 要： | 如何做好新世纪的高校思想政治工作，始终是高校改革和发展面临的大问题。加强和改进高校思想政治工作，必须与培养高素质人才、建设具有高素质的思想政治工作队伍、建立高起点的思想宣传工作阵地结合起来，必须在继承传统方法的基础上开拓创新，必须联系实际、深入基层，为师生办实事。
