| 摘 要： | 因地制宜发展别具一格的特色经济，是适应新农村建设和农村经济发展的需要，不仅对增加农民收入，改善群众生活，脱贫致富奔小康，促进农业和农村经济可持续发展有着十分重要的意义，而且对区域经济的发展壮大有着积极的促进作用。从江汉平原实际出发，依据特色经济的制约因素和优势条件，提出了江汉平原特色经济发展的策略。
