| 摘 要： | “司败”是楚国主管刑狱的职官，其重要职司就是依律惩处打了败战的将领。楚人在追究战败罪责时，不仅不能免除令尹、司马等位高权重的高官的罪责，即便是一国之君往往也会为自身的过失主动承担责任。“司败”职官的设立，显然在参与和保障军事行政职能方面，拥有着毋庸置疑的执法大权。

| Abstract: | Chu State admits and absorbs the ritual punishment system, which is carried out in various states. The people of Chu State cannot tolerate the military officer who was defeated in flight. The system is obviously beneficial for safeguarding army management and embodies the law enforcement of the authority. |
