| 摘 要： | 环境与发展是当今国际社会关注的重大问题，将环保措施纳入国际贸易的规则和目标，日益得到广大消费者的支持和认同。以环境保护为由，凭借经济、科技优势，构筑的绿色壁垒是当今广大发展中国家在对外贸易中遭遇的越来越严重的贸易壁垒，随着国际形势的不断变化，国际竞争的不断激烈，绿色壁垒逐渐成为一些国家（主要是发达国家）进行贸易保护的主要手段，全面深入了解绿色壁垒产生的原因，是成功跨越绿色壁垒的基础。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, more and more green barriers are encountered by the majority of developing countries in foreign trade. With the changes of the international situation and the fierce competition, green barriers are becoming the primary means of trade protection in some countries. The comprehensive analysis of the cause of green barriers is helpful for escape from the green barriers. |
