| Abstract: | With the development of the society, the single social services provided by the government confronted great challenges and desperately need innovation. Theory of Good Governance supply social services with new theoretical resources. To follow Theory of Good Governance, we should found new way to enlarge supply subject, optimize supply structure, enrich supply modes and cultivate supply culture to build social cooperative services. |
