| 摘 要： | 采用理论分析、行为解析、观察、访谈等方法,对网球运动中重要的环节——接发球的基本技术和战术进行了比较全面的探讨。发现目前关于接发球的一些观点存在模糊不清的现象,通过研究提出了接发球技术分为2个阶段的新观点;分析了世界优秀网球运动员的接发战术特点;并提出学习接发球技术战术的流程框架;总结了接发球的几个基本战术方法。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of theoretical analysis,observation and interview,this paper made comprehensive discussion on basic technique and tactics of receive a service of tennis.The result showed that some ideas concerned about receive a service was unclear.Based on it,the author put forwarded new idea of two phases to technique of receive a service,analyzed technical character of receive a service of world elite tennis players and summarized the several basic tactics.The research result has some references for teaching and training tennis at different level. |
