| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、调查法等对大学生参加武术散手运动的心理效应进行了探讨,从中发现武术散手运动具有悦体效应、审美效应、成就效应、移情与宣泄效应、交往效应和道德修养效应。武术散手运动在追求强身健体的同时注重了心理的最佳效应,因而深受广大大学生的青睐。

| Abstract: | By looking up in many documents and paying visits to college students in wrestling,we explore the psychological effect of them,meanwhile,we find that in wrestling,students can enjoy themselves,they can improve their aesthetic level,they can realize their achievement,they can know how to communicate,and what's more,they can standard their mores.More and more students pay attention to the best effect while they strong themselves.Therefore,wrestling will be more popular among college students. |
