| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,高校国有资产管理意识淡薄 ,规章制度不健全 ,资产低效使用 ,闲置浪费严重 ,“非转经”资产无法实现保值增值 ,因此 ,加强和完善高校国有资产管理 ,特别是“非转经”资产管理 ,防止国有资产流失 ,促进高校国有资产的合理有效使用 ,显得尤为重要

| Abstract: | Over a long period of time, the management consciousness of the state-owned property of Colleges and Universities is weak, the rules and regulations not perfect, the use of it inefficient and the unused and wasted serious. The property from the non-operative to the operative can't maintain or rise in value, so it seems important to strengthen and perfect their state-owned property management, especially the management of the property from the non-operative to the operative, in order to prevent it from running of and promote the reasonable and effective use of it. |
