| Abstract: | The TaiPing Heavenly Kingdom Movement was a great peasant uprising. After Tianjing was made the capital, there were all kinds of crises due to variety of complicated social contradictions and eventually resulted in failure. Therefore, it has left us some profound historical lessons. |
