| Abstract: | The world outlook occupies an important place in people's quality. Its principal functions can be found in aspects of epistemology, methodology and value. The formation of a correct world outlook plays a crucial role in developing and exerting people's whole quality. Therefore, in quality oriented education the instruction and popularization of scientific world outlook should be strengthened, which is pressing during the present period of profound transformation at home and abroad. |
