浅谈我国妇女平等就业权的法律完善

摘    要:妇女劳动就业权是实现男女平等、提高妇女地位的先决条件。我国法律对男女平等就业的问题早就有了明确的规定。但随着市场经济体制的进一步深入,而相应的法律和监督机制却没有跟上,使女性平等的就业权受到前所未有的冲击。本文通过对妇女平等就业权实现的重要性的认识,分析当前有关保障妇女平等就业立法现状及存在的不足,对完善相关立法提出了一些粗浅的看法。

Abstract:Right of job equality is the procondition of equality between men and women.Even though laws of equality has long existed in China,the related laws and mechanism can not agree with the deeply develpoment of market economy system.Women's right of job equality is heavily shockened.Based on the importance of women's job equality,this paper analyses the status in quo and shortcomings of laws of job equality,and then puts forward some suggestions on lawmaking.
