| 摘 要： | 篮球竞赛规则是篮球比赛的法则，是裁判员执法的依据，它对篮球技战术水平的发展起着指导性的作用。篮球规则的每一次修改都对篮球技战术的发展产生了深远的影响，在一定程度上也促进了一些新的技战术的产生和发展。本文通过对近几年篮球新规则的分析，结合实际，探讨了簸球规则的演变对篮球技战术发展所产生的影响。
