| 摘 要： | 政务微博是政府听取社情民声、发布政务信息、解决民生问题的重要平台和渠道。与发达省市相比，武汉市政务微博处于发展阶段，在观念态度、人员素养、运行维护、营销推广、制度建设等多个方面存在问题，影响力不足。武汉市政府整合资源打造权威政务微博发布平台“@武汉发布”，影响力迅速扩大。明确政务微博的定位，制定规范的管理制度和绩效考评机制，提高安全意识、加强技能培训，是促进政务微博良性发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | A t present, the number of government micro-blogs is soaring in China. The government micro-blog has become an important tool and channel for government to know public will, release information and solve problems. Compared with developed provinces, the government micro-blog in Wuhan is at the stage of backward development and inadequate influence. Problems are existed in the aspects of attitude, quality of staff, operation and maintenance, marketing, system construction etc. The government authoritative micro-blog publishing platform＆quot;@Wuhan release＆quot;was built by the Wuhan government with many integrated resources. Its influence is expanding rapidly. Clearing the localization of government micro-blog, formulate standard administration system and effective performance evaluation mechanism, enhancing safety awareness and strengthening skills training are effective ways to promote the development of the government micro-blogs in Wuhan. |
